kajoule helped Arkil recover more than EUR 20,000 worth of stolen tools
At Arkil in Lystrup a trailer suddenly goes missing. It should be in its place, and it is not.
Herman Schou Roloff, who runs the workshop at Arkil in Lystrup, calls kajoule support. kajoule’s technicians raise the reporting frequency on the trailer’s tracking unit, so the system gives a detailed picture of where it has been. The trailer is located and Herman sets off after it. He finds it at the recycling centre. A colleague had borrowed it to take garden waste away and had forgotten to say anything.
The next day the same thing happens, and this time it is serious. A container has been broken into. Someone has taken every tool inside it, and a trailer to carry the haul away in. Herman contacts kajoule again and the tracking is started.
The police are called, and both Herman and the police drive out to the address where kajoule says the trailer is. In the building at that address they find more than EUR 20,000 worth of tools belonging to Arkil. They also find a large amount of tools and equipment belonging to other companies, taken the same way.
The police arrest a person at the address and start contacting the other companies, who can now look forward to getting their property back.
Herman drives home with his trailer and the recovered tools. It was quick and it worked:
